The Role

We're looking for an early-career Flutter Mobile Engineer (1–2 years of experience) who's already wired to build alongside AI. You'll focus on building high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, modern architecture patterns, and AI-assisted workflows.

This isn't a ticket-closing role. You'll contribute to product decisions, user experience discussions, technical architecture, and have genuine ownership over what you build.

What You'll Do

Build, ship, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Develop scalable mobile architectures and reusable components that support long-term product evolution.
Create responsive and consistent user experiences across Android and iOS platforms.
Integrate mobile applications with backend services through REST and GraphQL APIs.
Optimize applications for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Work with local storage, offline-first capabilities, push notifications, analytics, and crash monitoring.
Use AI tools actively across your workflow—coding, testing, debugging, code review, documentation, and mobile optimization—and help us evolve how we use them as a team.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code—and care about what happens after the app reaches production.

Must-Haves

1–2 years of hands-on experience building production mobile applications using Flutter.
Strong experience with Dart and familiarity with modern Flutter development practices.
Experience building and maintaining applications for both Android and iOS platforms from a shared codebase.
Understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or similar approaches.
Experience integrating mobile applications with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Working knowledge of local data storage, state management, background processing, and application performance optimization.
Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and collaborative engineering practices.
Good presentation and communication skills—you will be working with foreign delegates.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your development workflow—Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar—and a curiosity to push their limits.
Product thinking—you care about why you're building something, not just what you're building.

Good-to-Haves

Experience with advanced Flutter state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Redux.
Experience integrating Firebase services such as Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Authentication, and Push Notifications.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated mobile release workflows for Android and iOS.
Knowledge of mobile security, authentication, and secure data storage best practices.
Experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Open-source contributions, side projects, or technical writing that demonstrates curiosity and craftsmanship.
Experience integrating AI-powered capabilities or LLM APIs into mobile applications.
